About 200 people had a New Orleans Good Time at the Gumbo Fest held at the Flavor Restaurant in Hazel Crest on Thursday, February 11th. Guests enjoyed three types of gumbo while sipping on Hurricanes. There was a great jazz band, and dancing to the music of DJ Red. Comedian Damon Williams and several local politicians and other supporters attended.
